Scholarship - ckh|Consulting

CKH will annually award up to three scholarships of $1,000 each. One scholarship designated to a qualifying Brodhead student, one to a Parkview student, and one to a home school student.

Eligibility:

Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Demonstrate financial need.
Attend a 2-year or 4-year college or university in pursuit of a degree in one of the computer science, computer programming, or related technical disciplines.
A personal essay.

Applications for Brodhead students will be on Brodhead local scholarship form. Home school and Parkview applicants will utilize the online scholarship form at https://ckhconsulting.com/scholarship.

Selection:

The selection of recipients will be performed by the CKH ownership group or appointed scholarship committee.

Distribution:

Scholarship funds will be payable to the attending college or university in increments of $500 each
Payment will be made prior to each of the first two semesters
The recipient is required to pick up disbursements at the CKH Brodhead office by appointment

Internship/Full-Time Employment:

Recipients will be eligible for CKH internship opportunities following their freshman, sophomore, or junior years
Additional eligibility for a full-time position upon graduation

What do you plan to study in college or vocational/technical school? You may also include what you hope your future career will be.

List all high school activities and the years in which you participated. For example, FFA (9,10,11), Volleyball (10,11,12) etc.

List any positions of leadership, honors, or awards received in or out of school. Include the years in which you earned them. For example, citizenship awards (9,10,11), music awards (11,12), 4-H awards (12), etc

List all non-school related activities and community service. You may also include employment.
